The terms that govern using our website, our client portal, and the services we provide.

These terms apply when you use Keystone Transaction Co.'s (“Keystone,” “we,” “us”) website, client portal, or engage us for transaction coordination, listing marketing, or virtual assistant services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide real estate transaction coordination, single-property listing websites and marketing, and virtual assistant support for real estate agents, as described on our Services page. The specific scope for your engagement is whatever we agree to together — a package from our Pricing page, or a custom arrangement.
Pricing & payment
Transaction coordination and listing marketing are billed per file, at the rates quoted on our Pricing page or agreed to directly with you. Virtual assistant support is billed as a flat monthly retainer. Fees are due as agreed for each engagement; pricing can change for future work, but never retroactively for a file already in progress.
What we are — and aren't
Keystone is not a law firm, a real estate brokerage, or a licensed real estate agent, and nothing we provide is legal advice. We coordinate paperwork, deadlines, and marketing — we do not negotiate contract terms, interpret contracts, or advise on legal or licensing obligations. The agent we work with remains responsible for their transaction, their clients, and their compliance with brokerage and licensing requirements.
Portal accounts
If we set you up with a client portal account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The Keystone website, portal, and the templates, designs, and systems we use to build listing websites and marketing materials belong to us or our licensors. Deliverables we build specifically for you — like your listing website — are yours to use for that listing; the underlying template, code, and design system remain ours.
Listing information
Listing details, pricing, and availability shown on any listing website are supplied by the listing agent and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Buyers should verify all information independently before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone's total liability arising from your use of our services or this website is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised terms here with an updated date, and continued use of our site or services after that means you accept the changes.
