FAQ
Questions, answered
The things agents usually want to know before handing off a file.
What exactly does a transaction coordinator do?+
Once you're under contract, we manage the file to closing: opening escrow, tracking every deadline and contingency, collecting and chasing disclosures and signatures, coordinating the lender, title, escrow, and co-op agent, and keeping everyone updated. You stay focused on clients; we keep the deal on the rails.
When do you get involved in a deal?+
Usually the moment you go under contract — send us the executed contract and we take it from there. For the listing-marketing side, we can start as soon as you take the listing so the website and launch are ready for go-live.
Do you work with my brokerage and forms?+
Yes. We work to your brokerage's checklist and use your forms and systems. Your compliance file is assembled and audit-ready the way your broker expects.
Is my clients' information kept secure?+
Yes. Documents and contacts are handled through secure, access-controlled systems, shared only with the parties who need them. We don't market to your clients or your sphere — we work quietly in the background.
Do I have to use everything you offer?+
No. Pick transaction coordination, listing marketing, virtual assistant support, or any combination. Plenty of agents start with one and add others later.
How much does it cost?+
Coordination and marketing are billed per deal — you only pay when you have a file to coordinate or a listing to market. Virtual assistant support is a flat monthly retainer for ongoing help. See the Pricing page for the current packages.
What are the listing websites?+
Every listing gets its own dedicated, mobile-friendly web page — photo gallery, map, video, a mortgage calculator, and built-in lead capture. Inquiries go straight to you (and into your CRM if you connect one), so your listing's leads are yours.
How do we get started?+
Book a free consult. We'll learn how you work, recommend the right mix, and set you up so your next contract or listing is handled.
